I was actuallt there but really young! I just remember the fountain in town being sky blue and the noise..... brilliant!

Can you imagine that happening nowadays? I can't!

There would be half as many people and the Health and Safety would have stopped the people up the lamp posts etc!

My dad has about 60 photos from the day, the team coach, the dressing room and the parade. I will try and find them and scan them up!

yeah i will put some up as well i was 12 and got pulled up onto owen and owens roof (primark to you now) and then got lifted up on to the news agents hut opposite where footlocker is now,one of the best days of my life feel gutted for the younger fans not to have seen it amazing day

Wow those pics are ace! Certainly won't have this kind of atmosphere in this City EVER again (and I wasn't around first time to witness it either )
