We never seem to get a reaction from the players to a bad performance the way other sides do.

That's why we need a crunching tackle first minute to set the tone. I get slated for saying it, but it works.

It livens the game up, if it's one of our players the fans get behind them. The other players get behind them and it gives a bit more fight.

I'll be counted but on ifollow today. Christmas party tonight and I'd kill several people if I tried to drive. Hoping for a comfortable 2-0.

First piece of outrage today will likely be the news Ponticelli is in the family zone with Maycock.

Him and Doyle in the middle, hopefully Bayliss provides the link up.

Is Bayliss more central? Unless he puts Shipley in the middle wth Doyle and lets Bayliss attack more.

Usually plays in the centre, very attack minded and a very exciting prospect

Is he a Maddison type then? Will sit between Doyle and the Strikers?

Good stuff. Like what I have seen of Bayliss. Lovely silky player. Let's hope he has a stormer.

Dropping Nazon was always on the cards. We can't have players not up for the fight. Hopefully this will give him a kick up the backside.

He has played in a two in the middle when I've seen him, great touch and carries the ball well. Good size too and not afraid to put his foot in.

Are we really relying on an 18 year old to change it for us? If it doesn't work this ones on Robins.

Big things have been expected of him. Interesting he is in ahead of Stevenson.

Surely better than just going with the same underperforming players again.

Stevenson has been totally rubbish this season so rightfully binned... I think the midfield looks weak Doyle has a lot to cover again today but good luck to Bayliss

He can only work with what we’ve got. What’s the alternative? Play the same team every week and hope it somehow changes?

Any kind of win today will do me. We need to stay in touch and hope these 2 players come in and make a difference

Cheltenham only have 5 subs on the bench apparently, so a 'nobbling policy' tactic may be in order.

Went for a quick drink after work yesterday and ended up going to bed at 5am after having managed to end up in Daddy Cools.

I'm still steaming but I think we're going to win 2-0. Robins will have kicked them up the arse adtet last weeks embarrasment.
