We didn't lose it by the gifts we gave. We lost by not creating enough. Wright had no real joy down the middle and should have been wide left second half. EMC had lots of opportunity there but did little each time, whereas Wright would have been more effective.
A draw would have been fair but when you make a cock up like we did against a team looking to win you give them every reason to play the dark arts, waste time, defend ruthlessly, which they do well.
Not overly disappointed because we were pretty good overall. Easier games to come and results going our way again today.
