Really good team performance. Good press, BTA and EMC worked really hard. Wright showed glimpses of his quality and tackled back.
Midfield did well, Sheaf and Eccles both did a job on them and showed grit.
Kitching the weakest link tonight.
Onwards and upwards.

Kitching much improved second half I thought.

Thomas and kitching will get better with game time but what they give us is presence

A few notable lapses in concentration at the back which a better attacking team would’ve taken but otherwise no complaints. A level of performance we have seen this season (not the last couple of games) but a bit of fortune going our way.
Another win Saturday and things will feel much better

That’s what we want to see, 100% effort with some real quality mixed in. Thoroughly deserved 3 points tonight

Well played. Unbelievably there is even a chance to go on a little run; at the time of writing our remaining fixtures in October are against teams who are all below us! (Notwithstanding that some teams play tomorrow)

Get a confident performance and win against Sheff Weds, and the slow start is a distant memory. Great win tonight.

Finally a good team performance.

Midfield and attack looked so much more joined together. The link ups were better. Great games from Haji and BTA. Rudoni’s best performance of the season too. People don’t like EMC but I think he was solid too.

That was much more like it. BTA made a big difference, his pressing and runs off the ball were much better than anything Simms has offered recently.

Thomas Asante absolutely class. What a difference it makes having the high energy press from the front

And not sure how we managed to win with Wilson in goal, based off the pre match comments that should have been impossible!

Well done lads, great response. Hard work will get us a long way with our attacking options because we will make chances.

Sheaf, Bidwell and Rudoni brilliant tonight. Bidwell for aggressively pressing up high. Sheaf is just class and Rudoni really benefits from him.

Saka’s injury. A stinger for sure but he shouldn’t be out more than a couple weeks.

More to do with how we played I feel , they'd conceded 6 goals before tonight and hadn't lost

He had one shot to save.

Still we could have been even better had our very own Ashley Cole been preferred to Bidwell
