One of the many games we played against that lot that passed without incident before they started being massive weirdos that do funny things to statues and memorial gardens instigating a petty grudge match

Think this was Mcsheffrey's last game before we sold him to Birmingham, which swiftly brought our hopes down for the season ahead

We did in the end sign Nacho Novo Kevin Kyle and Leon McKenzie to soften the blow

I remember this game because we basically won it only after Stephen Hughes had a fight with Dean Whitehead and it fired us up

Look at how empty the Ricoh is there. We have come a long way since then.

Stern John ended up at Sunderland didnt he and he played for them in the Premiership I seem to recall
