Australia to Glasgow would be a bit of a shock. We may have a chance.

and he seems to be able to play on either wing. Just the type of utility player we should be after

Doug the jolly swagman was camping by the CBS
Under the shade of Coventry Cidee
And he sang the sky blue song as he dreamed of New signings
"You can't go a Waltzing with just EMC"

Down came a young Rapha to drink at the anecdote
Up jumped Doug and grabbed him with glee
And he sang as he dragged Rapha into the CBS
"You'll come a Waltzing to the prem with me"

Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda
You'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me
And he sang as he dragged Rapha into th4 CBS
"You'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me"

Down came Mark Robins mounted on his thorough-bred
Up came Adi, Godden and Kelly,
"Whose that young midfielder you've just dragged into the CBS
Will he come a Waltzing Matilda with EMC?"

Waltzing Matilda, Waltzing Matilda
You'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me
"Whose that young midfielder you've just dragged into the CBS
You'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me"

Up leapt Doug and lunged at Adi,
No more signings I will fund, only loans said he.
Adi with the uppercut, 1, 2, 3
And Dougs ghost may be heard if you pass by CBS
"Who'll come a Waltzing Matilda with me?"

A look at the stats reflect exactly what you see on the video. He loves dribbling and shooting, hates passing. Very much a get it and run type player.

We’re making songs about him already, and it’s only a fecking rumour. Any excuse.

@Saddlebrains reckon we get this done? Heard anything on this?

Would be good squad/development option, gap between our development squad and first team is gaping so need some quality to fill it

His highlights are really highlights. He seems to do a lot of solo runs and losing the ball from the clips. If thats the best the lad had done, we need better.

Yes for a first team regular. But as a youngster with potential, these are the types of squad fillers we need to replace the academy lads in the match day squad.

Sounds like a decent shout for a Saka backup. Would be behind Saka and probably EMC to start with but might come good.

In reality our academy isn't producing so we probably do need to bring in some better youngsters for a few hundred k who at least have half a chance of breaking through.

Think I recall we looked at Samuel Silvera last summer who ended up going to Middlesbrough. Seemed to do pretty well in Aus but has flopped in Championship.

Sack/sell the following…

Wilson
Collins (move to backup keeper)
Moore
Da Silva
Lusala
Tavares
Allen (happy to keep as backup but if we can sell him move him on)
Kelly
Howley
O’Hare (will leave end of contract)
Palmer
Godden

Get business done EARLY this summer so they gel in time this season. It’s not like we are waiting on Gyokeres money first like last year, no excuses

Many Australian are playing in the Scottish Premiership. This has been going on for decades. By contrast there's two in the EPL.

T. Yengi Premiership Livingston
N. Atkinson Premiership Hearts
R. McGowan Premiership St. Johnstone
K. Rowles Premiership Hearts
K. Baccus Premiership St. Mirren
C. Nieuwenhof Premiership Hearts
R. Strain Premiership St. Mirren
L. Miller Premiership Hibernian
M. Boyle Premiership Hibernian
N. Triantis Premiership Hibernian
C. Devlin Premiership Hearts

My comment was tongue in cheek.

You'd have to say that's purely down to ability of the players and the level of the club. None of those clubs are a higher level/standard (other than league name) than us for example.

But interesting to see. And of those 11 players, 7 of them play for 3 clubs.

We tried to sign Ben Waine and even put an offer in when he was playing in the A-League. Ended up staying for another season in Australia and now plays for Plymouth.

Bulls A-League prodigy signs for Coventry City

According to an Aussie journalist we've signed the lad.

Shrewd signing. Bags of talent that we can nurture and gives us another attacking option for the squad
