I was there never forgot this game. 13 years old in the kop behind the goal(ish). getting pushed forward everytime the ball hit the back of the net. Oh the memories. And sitting here now remembering how good football was back then great stadium decent players.voice gone from singing your hart out. proper good times that sadly are all in the past. fabulous game, my main memory of that night is the old guy who used to sit in front of us complaining that Steve Livingstone wasn't fit to lace Tommy English'e boots
we didn't half give him some stick when he scored his 3rd!!
