Has it been proven in the accounts or anything that player sales is actually funding court cases in any way?

Why? That was in the past - lets look forward - and I'm sure none were knowingly sold for that purpose.

Will the same thought process apply to the sale of the Ricoh to owners of Wasps ?

I was just wondering because people keep going on about it whether it was actually happening.

If you haven't noticed with SISU, forward means down.

So no, lets not leave it in the past, bring it to the present so we can show the ones who can't see SISU's endless tripe of management of CCFC.

So has it happened?

What else has the sale of Clarke and Wilson been used for? If investment in the current squad than the position of SP must be untenable.

Can we highlight the seemingly endless tripe from CCC too?

According to the chap that Fisher spoke to yesterday that money has been used to fund the loans we have had this season.

Do as you wish, I'm more interested how we get butt f**ed by our owners with every passing day.

It's more uncomfortable.

So there's no proof it is happening then? Was just wondering as the SISU out protest group are throwing it around like fact so just checking how they had found it out?

They're non league standard players on £500 a week plus a £5 per day diner allowance at the Wolston chippy.

I bet they all get those Subway vouchers that CCFC keep sending out by email instead of wages. Soon they'll all look about 15 stone (we should then play 11-0-0-0 formation), brick up the goal! We'll take a 0-0. Hah.

When was the last time we paid a fee for a player? Last year we sold Wilson and Clarke that raised at least £3 Million, plus the Arsenal game.

The money must have gone somewhere. The only visible outlay was lawyers and Les Reid.

So you don't have any proof but are making statements like that? That is why I am asking if there is any link between them, you can't prove it though?

I can't see where it has gone, I reckon it has gone on dildos and gimp masks. It is the only explanation.

I am not sticking up for them, I am asking if there is a link. I honestly don't know, there may well be that somebody like OSB or Godiva can point out.

It may well be that it is exactly where the money has gone, I am just asking if it is proven or possible rather than just the made up stuff people are shouting about?

How can anyone check if the club doesnt publish accounts. if there is nothing to hide why not publish accounts. Where do you think the money has gone?

That won't be possible till the accounts are out. Simple as that. Well you come across as someone who likes to stick up for sisu time and time again but knock anyone who slags them off.

I was asking a question?

Is it possible for them to whack it all through CCFC? Wouldn't it all be in ARVO or whoever's name? (I don't know, I am asking). I am sure I read it would be difficult for them to do?

I just like to know the truth / facts rather than get worked up about people's personal opinion pushed around as fact.

It turns out a couple of things from them I thought were outrageous turns out to be true. It is hard to decipher bullshit from all sides isn't it?

SISU are supposed to owe US based investors a considerable sum for their ill fated adventure into the British sporting / property market. Selling players and remortgaging Ryton will only go so far, they see litigation as their best way of recovering the situation, that is how the yanks work.

Sadly our football club is like a plot from a John Grisham novel.

At what point Nick will you cease defending the people who have wrecked this football club ?

Where have I defended them? I am asking a) if it has happened b) how possible it is for it to happen

Defending would be "No, this hasnt happened".

What is the issue with trying to find out the truth?

That's better you are seeing them for the bullshitters they are. where are the accounts for the time they have been here and we can check where the money has gone an how much investment they have really made - £50m of course it is. They need to go. This is not personal against you but why does anyone stick up for them. Same goes for the council too. Look at our team the league table and our crowds what a fuck up by all involved.

Clubs at our level often get charged a loan fee by the lending club. As everything is undisclosed all the time it's hard to tell but just because they are loans it doesn't automatically follow no fee has been paid.

I hope we've got a refund in some cases.
