Are there any regulations or rules to stop ACL starting and owning a new club? With SisuCobblersFC looking certain to plunge down the leagues, and if CC1883 at the Ricoh could negotiate a reasonably high place in the pyramid, they could be in more or less the same place in a very few seasons. In other words, why bend over backwards to persuade Sisu to return as they own a rapidly diminishing (maybe now fatally damaged) asset.

I would personally like any new club to be majority fan owned (ie at least 51%). The other 49% would make absolute sense being the stadium owners.
