oldskyblue58 CCFC Finance Director Aug 2, 2011 #1 There is an interesting BBC report on the cost of watching football. It seems in terms of CCFC the cost is about mid table - only hope the team is by the end of the season!! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14366574.stm

Otis Well-Known Member Aug 2, 2011 #4 Apparently at Arsenal a pie is FOUR POUNDS. Not sure some of our players are even on that a week.

To be fair, we can't even afford to pay them in pies now... erm, anyway, I was surprised that I had to pay £30 for my ticket to the Blues game, but the prices suggested seem to correspond!

AngryAnt Well-Known Member Aug 3, 2011 #7 Remember hearing an ad on Talksport the other day (turned 5live off in protest of F1, soon wish i hadn't). West ham were offering "amazing value" season tickets, something stupid like £500. Couldn't believe they were even trying to get away with it.
