Aron Gunnarsson and Coventry City Football Club are about to start negotiating a contract extension aimed at keeping the midfielder at The Ricoh.
Coventry City's 21 year old Icelandic international Gunnarsson has left all of the negotiations about his contract extension with the club to his agent this time around as during the last set of talks, the players form dipped and it took time for it to return.
The likable, former Covsupport Young Player of the Year explained, “My agent was at the game on Saturday and I have said to him that I don’t want to be part of it, I just want to be playing football because it really messed up my head at the start of last season,” said the midfielder, whose current contract runs out next summer.
