The only revelation in that post, given your obvious lack of intellect is that you can actually read.

We're talking about 2 different things - ownership and rent.

The ownership of the Ricoh is important for all of the additional facilities. However, our current/previous rent agreement had feck all to do with the other facilities and level of rent shouldn't be influenced by them because we don't use them through the rent agreement.

And my post was in reply to someone saying that rent is high because of the additional facilities the Ricoh has.

This is where I get concerned by some posters wanting to cut costs even further-doing so will lumber us with relegation fodder. Infuriating to have to consider such a thing when the potential for success is enormous and just requires the departure of our beloved hedge fund.

We need to unite the club with ACL and cut costs, we need to become cost neutral and follow swansea's example.

I don't see how costs can go any lower without compromising our league status.

We must have one of the largest budgets in the league, it's about being smarter with the playing budget, we wasted a lot of money on players who hardly played this season. Our budget must be more than brentfords and yeovils by some distance.

we have already comprimised our league status

not signing king
not investing when we lost Juke
not investing last summer

costs will go lower and sadly, so may our league status

It's slightly different in this league as we have stricter FFP rules.

It ranked in the top 6 I believe but the players necessary to get us out of the league won't come cheap. It won't be easy offloading some of the shite Thorn lumbered us with.

Not stricter, just different-we could run at a huge loss whilst still satisfying the criteria.

No it won't be easy but with FFP everyone will be offering less wages than they were over the last couple of seasons.

That's false ecomony and 99% of league one and two teams won't do that, which is why they brought in the % turnover not the amount of allowable losses like in the top 2 leagues.

FFS . Pages and pages of the same old shite. The maths is simple 5 yrs x 1.2 million = 6 million quid . Missing F & B revenue at approx 100k per year £600000. Its only 6.6 million. New stadium that Timmy Bullshitter keeps spouting on about 20 to 30 million minimum.Who the fuck in their right minds thinks that's a good idea. Rent offer 400k plus revenue for accounting purposes. Compass will not let the concession go for nothing . I heard from a staff member Timmy Bullshit told them that Compass want 24million for the contract buyout. It's all fucked people . Cov City as we know it is doomed unless someone with cash comes in and buys the lot out to allow CCFC to get all revenue from stadium and surrounding area. ALL SISU WILL DO IS ASSET STRIP THE WHOLE LOT IF THEY GET THEIR GRUBBY HANDS ON IT.

A new stadium would be better for the club in the long term.

... But the obvious ideal scenario is owning the RICOH.

A case in point is the cross invoicing of revenue ACL offered. The money isn't ours but still 'counts' and allows us to spend more even though we haven't got it.

Im sure it would but most of us on here will be long dead and buried before the debt for that will be payed off. Thats if , and it is a big IF SISU can con some mug into investing to build it for them.
