It's about time the more expierenced lads stood up and took the responsability upon themselves to drive the team forward. If this carries on much longer then the young lads need to be taken out of the squad for a few weeks to take the pressure of them.
And replace them with who?
AT barely has any money to bring 1 loan player in (cheers SISU!).
Its not fair on the kids but that's the situation were in.

lol so trueGive them time off? FFS the season is only two games old. This will be the making of them. To carry the responsibility is good for young people, and it's up to AT to carry the flack for them.

They will be the ones to pick up the flack. Then we wonder why youngsters don't want to play here.
I think we shold be looing at the more experienced players like sheffers and asking questions rather than the kids. Having said that, if they are 'not ready' to play in the 1st team they should not be there, if they are ready they should take responsibility like the rest of the team.
