From speaking with Waggott personally, he's said that Christie won't sign a new deal while we're in L1. He said that he wants to keep him till the end of the season and 'achieve something' rather than flog for less than value in January. We'll get compensation at the end of the season anyway.

Not really. The guy is hand picked after personal communication and remains in a select group of fans to ever meet our owner. It's probably as close to friendship as she gets. It's certainly not professional or in any way valid market research.

Just because I go to sixfields doesn't mean I agreed with her. We disagreed on a few things, I normally disagree with Tim Fisher as well, in fact he introduced me to Joy Seppala by saying he invited me because we disagree.
Before I met her I asked about 10 people for inputs, 9 of which don't attend sixfields. This included OSB who I think everyone agrees has many probing questions.
So I did my best to put across people's views, as I always do.
