First player since dion Dublin to score 20 goals in a season..might only be league one but one massive positive in an otherwise terrible season

Agreed. Magnificent player, and fine prospect. Hope we keep him for long enough to make a difference

CW is the only ray of light this season. I hope he's with us next.

I'd suggest Moussa form, Christie and the 1st half of the season as well.

A few people thought that criticism of Thomas today was harsh, based on his age and/or inexperience. This is Wilson's first season at L1 level and he is still in contention to be top scorer-just goes to show that if players have the quality it will show, regardless of the stage in their career.

Moussa form has seemed to of disappeared of late (2 goals from last 10), and Christie has been part of the worst defence in professional football.

It will be interesting to see whether he can maintain this form next season. Quite a few players find the second season a bit more difficult.

Agreed, although teams have had enough time to work him out and he continues to score goals.

True, albeit in a team that's a bit gung-ho. I wonder if he's be as prolific in a more defensively minded and conservative team.

Then teams who have scouted him as a potential signing will factor this into any transfer decision-you'd think. Knowing how to play somebody to his strengths is what successful management is all about, and Pressley has more or less done that. Clarke's departure really hasn't helped one bit.

Agreed, with conceding the amount of goals we have all season, you need a couple of players scoring regularly to compete. Now we're left with just Wilson, as moussa's goals have seem to have dried up a bit (just 2 in 10). Not to mention his hold up play.

Well done Callum. Seemed to be a good poacher's goal today.

If he realises that it makes it all the more likely he would want to leave should an offer come in

Considering they've both decided to leave us, I'd say Wilson still edges it

I think he would be. He main attribute is his raw pace and that transcends opposition quality to some extent.

I think he would too, he's been amazing this season. Was just throwing out there....interesting Nikhi Wells hasn't found the championship as easy.

I just love Callum Wilson and you can't stop me

Can't remember the last goal scorer local hero we had. Makes me feel like a kid when I had an idol who could do no wrong. (Only this time he's over a decade younger than me).

What? Someone not renewing their contract, someone returning to their parent club then moving to a team in a higher league, and someone handing in a transfer request to join the league leaders and his home town club?
