Not fit to lace Mark Robins boots, let alone manage this football club. He’s been appointed because he’s Frank Lampard, he’s a name, he’s done nothing in football management that gives me any hope or excitement at this appointment. Sooner he is gone the better

17th February was the last time we was in the top six, with 13 games to go. We never made it back in to the top six after that.

There is a difference between being in contention for something and realistically achieving it.

Very good season, was it? Okay if you say so.

I assume the last bit is a dig at me, not that I should need to, but just because I was blind to see things weren't progressing under Robins does not mean I was anti Robins.

We literally only finished 6 points worse off than the season we made the playoff final and we reached an fa cup semi final .. it was a good season

But by worse off you mean, not as good as, inferior to, not to the same standard as?

Okay simple question then.

22/23 and 23/24 rank 1 - 10, 1 being dreadful and 10 being A* season.

Well hopefully in the next three seasons we might actually start the season and not be on a mental holiday for the first third of the season. This would be nice.

Was shocked not to see Aled Williams being given the boot.

Was really hoping we were going to bring a keeper coach in, especially those rumours we had of Shay Given

The most important ones, the last 2, we’ve gone backwards and it wasn’t getting turned around this season I’ve always said under robins that play off final was the closest we get, and I’ll stand by it, players have levels and so do managers

It was very good.

Mad that people could see it any differently.

It's honestly like people have wiped out the fatigued situation and small squad from their minds.

It was just a bridge too far for us in the end, to push on for the playoffs

Well in the league 22/23 was better sure .. 23/24 we had a poor last 6 games ?? But ultimately was a good season.. the fa cup run was fantastic and the quarters and semi finals will stay with me forever, memories for a lifetime

I'm not doing 1-10 A* stuff because I'm not 8 .

There's been a huge effort by some to put down what Robins has achieved, they xant stop digging at him, I find it very strange.

I think last season was very good, that's my opinion, if people disagree, fine.
Yes the league form fell away, but in my mind that was a symptom of a great cup run, a cup run King wanted, and Im glad he did because it will live long in the memory.

I'm going to assume I know who you are in real life as I think I do ( nick) and I'm staggered that somebody who has spent years of watching absolute wank in person home and away can talk so much shit about the only bloke that ever gave you something to cheer

Mental in my eyes

Btw , in my last reply I said in the first sentence that 22/23 was better

I think we both realise who each other are, don’t we

I agree Robins did give a lot for me and so many others to cheer for and memories I will forever hold dear, but I don’t agree that he was untouchable and wasn't at risk of being sacked, his record wasn’t good enough for periods and I think it was time for a change. Still respect and thank everything he’s done.

You seem to be Anti-Robins if you don’t agree he was a holy and untouchable god who deserved freedom to do and get whatever results he wants.

I’m not anti-Robins, but I do feel that we should’ve been doing better at certain points and calling for change which I’ll freely admit I thought he'd lost his way, way before the Derby game.
