1) only a single point earned this season from games where we've conceded the first goal
2) only one away win
3) more wins in the Checkatrade Trophy than in the league
4) worst goal difference in the league
5) 4 different managers
6) highest scorer this season currently at the club is Willis
7) the fact that Tudgay has made 29 appearances this season, 4 goals scored

You get the idea - these are just off the top of my head so please add more.

I'd be interested to look through the various damning stats, which is the one that most fittingly sums up this omnishambles of a season.....

Coventry City being relegated to league 2 is the only stat you need. Everything else is just choosing to slide, balls first, down a rusty razor blade into a pool of vinegar. Don't do it to yourself.

It's actually George Thomas with 5 - Willis' goal v Swansea in the Checkatrade went down as an OG. Sorry to be that guy.

Another good one:

So far this season, 7 strikers (Thomas x2, Sordell, Agyei, Wright, Beavon, Tudgay) have managed 20 goals between them in the league - as many as Armstrong managed all last season.

Just shows that goals are coming from everywhere this year and not so dependent on one individual.

Is Tudgay ratio any worse than any other striker. This blame culture solely at his door is false and unfair on him, the others in eth team are just as bad

Good job I did as it has hardened me as a City fan (but not sure if that is a good or bad thing!)

Sheffield Utd back four have score 20 goals between them-only 10 less than the entire Coventry City Team......

Wins
1-0 x1
2-0 x3
2-1 x4
3-0 x1
3-1 x1
3-2 x1
4-2 x2

Draws
0-0 x4
1-1 x7
2-2 x2

Loses
0-1 x5
0-2 x4
1-2 x4
0-3 x2
1-3 x3
2-3 x1
0-4 x1
1-4 x2
1-6 x1

We've lost by conceding 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6. Oxford are 1 of the sides that scored 4. No better stage than Wembley to concede 5 to complete the set!

8 out of the 13 wins are in cup.
We've conceded 3 or more, more times than we've kept a clean sheet.
We've conceded 4 or more the same amount of times we've drawn 0-0.
We're yet to score 3 or more goals in a league game.

On the plus side we've managed to finish first, joint-first or second in every single game!

What goals???

If we were scoring goals we might still be in with a shout of staying up...or are you seeing goals the rest of us aren't?

We are talking about the same CCFC aren't we? Coventry?

Tudgay's league ratio is almost identical to his previous 2 seasons:

14/15 - 4 in 22
15/16 - 4 in 24
16/17 - 4 in 23

from the way our mangers pick the team, his ratio is set to be lower this season as he'll stay put on 4 goals and play all remaining 9 games!

The most worrying thing about that is the older he's got the more we've played him.

Players are supposed to fade with time, but as he's so consistent it could be suggested that relative to his age he's improved. Tudgay 2018!

I've always said that lad is too good for us.

With a bit of luck Barca will come in for him in the summer.

Jack Finch is such a good luck charm in cups, Arsene Wenger's going to swoop for him exclusively for the Champions League.

If you got no points for a win and 3 points for a loss we would be top of the league

Even then we'd probably balls it up by winning the last game.

In the last 40 years I have left a game three times before the final whistle and 66.6666% of the occasions have been this season. The other 33.3333% was on my wife's 40th birthday and thought I better make it back for the start of her surprise party.

The only surprise for my missus at the her birthday party would be if I actually turned up.

So the first season a fourth tier (and 92 clubs) was introduced we finished 2nd in Division 4 and got promoted.

Next season may very well statistically be 'the worst' with data to back it up. Unless we are champions of course
