hello coventry fans, many congrats,i am an artist from north wales and i specialise in footy paintings.I work closely with forums such as this to paint pieces commemmorating special occasions and yesterday has to come into this category.I also make videos of the full process of drawing and painting, I have attached a link to a video showing what i mean of a pic I did of Lincoln City beating Ipswich.
i would like to make a new painting about yesterday and would welcome your suggestions as to what to include,I am thinking of doing something like including the '87 team as a backdrop to the goals from yesterday.

Stop touting your wares on here & get on with my Wycombe one David!!!:happy::happy:

For any folk on here who like a bit of "footy related" artwork.... highly recommended and sensibly priced!

I shall be marking the occasion through the medium of an interpretive dance in Corporation Street today. Cheques and postal orders to the usual place

Nice work. I'm sure there will be quite a few suggestions. Mine would be the Thomas goal strike.

How are you feeling this morning Essex? Met a few of your lot around London and had good chats with them. Nice bunch. I know the result wasn't what you would've hoped for but it was great day out and both clubs did the competition proud.

That's the best shot of the Thomas shot I can find, obviously without the Guardian bit.

But swap the crowd out for:

We were OK for about 10 minutes when we scored... just fudged the other 80 minutes!! :inpain:
Nothing worse than players waving their arms to gee the crowd up when they`ve been awful for an hour!!

And maybe if your could stick a fan dropping his soiled boxers into a bin in the bottom left corner that would be good...
