Can't remember if it was this forum or not, but after a particularly bad Gary Deegan performance last season, someone tried to claim Thorn should be telling him not to give the ball away so often.

If bigi plays well for Newcastle it is thorns fault he should have played him more.

I watched Bigi on numerous times. I love him he will be great, but Newcastle is too soon, he will end up loaned out.
When he played because he is a kid he made many mistakes that cost us dearly. It was not fair to expect him to be a key player in a key role in a championship battle. He was played possibly too much.
Our owners sold him not AT. I don't blame them that is the reality of our current situation. However they should have tried to get a loan back clause.

It is AT's fault the economy is doing so badly. He should either get SISU to save Spain, Greece and Italy, or he should resign.

What a load of it. I have seen 2 games in which Bigi started for Newcastle. He bosses the field against Olympiakos, he was brilliant, took motm, against the Portuguese champions. He will feature heavily in the Europa for them. He was with the reserves against gateshead last night, and from what I've heard, he dominated the midfield with Amalfitano beside him.

A player tweets his frustration at losing. A game in which that player gave away a penalty.

He hates Thorn.

The same players releases a press statement to say how much respects the manager who has shown faith in him and given him his chance.

He still hates thorn and is lying.

Thorn identifies he number one striker target James Collins. Collins says he would love to return to the club.

Collins is shown around but can't be signed as we are in an embargo. Owners keep promisi.g we will be out if the embargo soon. Eventually Collins gets fed up and signs for Swindon.

It is thorns fault he preferred Di canio to thorn.

He dominated several games in pre-season last year for us as well if memory serves me well.

Like I say, I love him to bits, however you did watch him making lots of mistakes for us, as the season went on surely. That was because he was learning the game at that level. We could not afford the luxury of that for a full season.

Yeah, my point was that the pressure is off in pre-season, so a young player is less likely to make mistakes.

I blame Thorn for not playing the diamond enough last season. If we get promoted he should allow John Terry to collect the trophy.

Finally someone who speaks some sense on this board!

He's not on the bench, but he's in the kit!

I blame AT for not trying to sign Drogba. We all know we need a quality striker, we all know he can't sign anyone that is in a contract and Drogba was available on a free.

To be fair to AT we were under an embargo at the time

Still AT's fault. He should have sold SISU and paid the paper bill.

Agree, but thorn should have replicated the same pressure in the friendlies it is his fault.

I blame Thorn for my wife being unable to perform to her potential, and for her obsession with diamonds. I think he should shoulder the blame for her poor ball skills too.

Coventry win one in Sixteen. On freefall for relegation.

Thorn takes over the side look transformed and three wins three draws and 2 defeats.

3 times the amount of wins recorded in half the games with the same side.

No credit for thorn anyone including Dr Venglos would have done the same.

Also despite dropiing from 5th to 17th in that period and 7 points off relegation the side was never going to be relegated.

Thorn can not be a good manager as he was previously a very good scout.

Why would anyone think that having a knack to identify a useful player and visualise how they will fit in and develop in a team would, be if any use.

Thorn is actually a shit scout. Just because he was head scout and has himself said he identified and recommend the players. Who is to say he actually did. He had a team of scouts working for him. They identified any of the good ones, he identified the bad ones.

Freddy Eastwood is a lazy fat twat with a bad attitude. That MM was glad to offload. CC was stupid enough to accept.
Thorn inherited him however it was his man management skills that meant Freddie did not train to the right fitness levels or lose the right weight. Also he set a bad example to the youngsters. Still AT should have played him

SISU are getting away with been SISU as AT won't resign out of Principle.

Because AT resigning would send ripple waves through SISU.

Andy Thorn is to blame for tricking kids into buying Robert Jarni shirts.

Also, I met a bloke down the pub who said he knew a doctor, and apparently Andy Thorn is the number one cause of autism in children. What a cock-jockey.

Just been to the pub for a quick pint. Nice and warm here. Lost count of how many quick pints i've had now. Bloody AT it is his fault again. At least if I have to crawl through the front door later the wife will be upset with AT and not me

I hope that's not your best man's speech - it's a bit dull.
