Of course, they'll now claim this was set up by CCFC. I can see the headlines in their local rag...."Ex-Coventry City manager sends the Black Cats down!"

Coleman must have a massively high opinion of himself.
Moyes admitted it was a big error to take on Sunderland, and he is an infinitely better manager than Coleman.
I suppose he thinks Wales success was down to him and not Bale, Ramsey, Robson-Kanu, joe allen etc

You say that yet bar bale England have better players than all of the others listed and yet we didn’t get the the semi’s of the Euro’s like Wales
Think people are harsh to the bloke- he did a good job at wales especially considering the circumstances from which he took over!
I don’t think he will save Sunderland as they are a basket-case or a club but he isn’t as bad as is being made out

Managing a club side is very different from managing a national side...and Coleman is a poor club manager. You have to wonder what Sunderland are thinking about!

So if I've got this right, if the team does badly it's all the manager's fault but if the team does well it's not really anything to do with the manager.

Well - when Wales were on their European run - he was being touted for prem clubs so this is a massive comedown - fans deserting in their masses to the toon army - that bad

It’s been what 5 years? Almost 6? You saying managers can’t get better and improve?

Following a good/lucky Euros he’s failed massively this time around. They finished third in a very poor group. It was even easier than ours!

Don't think I have ever seen that in a game of football, 4 goals and all goalkeeping howlers.

They make Lee Burge look like Gordon Banks.

I predict it will take him less than 6 months to destroy any reputation he's built up.
