Can anyone confirm if the figure stands at 300k, from my research, they are the only team without a link with this figure quoted. I'd like a link please.

Equally as helpful, can anyone confirm if Crawley pay rent, and how much they pay.

Thank you.

Crawley's ground is in no way comparable to the Ricoh. Indeed, very few in L1 are.

Indeed - if Colchester pay £300k and their ground is over 3 times smaller than the Ricoh, then surely you would support a rental figure of around £1m p/a?

No because clubs with a similar capacity to ours in the championship pay a fraction of what we pay.

The real value is what people would pay. ACL will never attract anyone else to pay anything like what we are paying. If they can yes boot is out and get new tenants.

Will all know that will not happen. ACL need the club as permenant residents. They now need to listen to what the tenant is prepared to give them.

We are the only game in town. If the facility is so great they should make millions out of all the other income streams anyway so no problem really.

I don't kow why you've said this BSB, I just people to 'fill in the gaps' where I can't (my research!) and I'm convince Crawley rent and I haven't got a figure for Colchester so I don't want add them in my calculations because it a wrong figure.

Good point! Surely that is the ONLY point to consider when deciding a suitable rent figure.
