Strong and scored, then strong and won pen that sheffers missed, then dropped for a big non scoring lump who doesn't even belong to us.

It must be wonderful for his already fragile confidence, particularly watching that shower like today. Great management?

Dragged back from Gillingham where he was scoring too!

Must be something behind the scenes stopping him from playing!

Lack of effort on the training field probably. 5 managers now have dropped him.

I think the reason he isn't playing, is simply because he isn't good enough.

Would have been better to keep him at Gillingham and maybe they would have put a bid in for him in the summer.

What makes him not good enough compared to Ball?

Probably what we don't see. Lack of application at training.

I care little about training. Ive seen enough in the 90 mins that count to see that he should play more games, particularly as he is our own over a loanee and we must now be looking to next season.

Cody is a Thorn Dud, had more than his chance to impress. In fact found his level in League two

I'd hazard a guess that McDonald not being selected tells us quite a bit about next season for him.

It is a worry that hes been out of favour with so many managers

I think we have to trust the manager(s) in these situations.

I don't know whats going on with him but slightly reminds me of the Kevin Thornton situation.

We were all calling for him to play when successive managers wouldn't give him a run, then we discovered the truth. (Not suggesting Cody is the same as Thornton, but things probably happen that we don't know about).

I trust the managers views on the situation tbf. 5 cant all be wrong surely.

And considering it was AT who signed him, but then didnt play him, kinda speaks volumes in itself!

5 includs shaw and carsley what they know btween them re management can probbly be writrn on a postage stamp. Pressley here three weeks and thorn signed him. Only robins therefore omitted him regularly and he was largely unfit through that perio, but also in the peck;ng order rightly behind D M and LC. We dont have those luxuries currently.

I find it baffling that he is so readily dismissed on here when eastwood was afforded so much slack and sheffers lauded like a hero. At tis level I would rather see cody get a run than ball or sheffers.

He is a goalscorer and we don't like goalscorers, lets a big useless lump up there who is no threat whatsoever.

Above league two his goals per game average is appalling.

Finally someone with sense, he's shit plain and simple, couldn't score in a hoare house.
