Seem to remember the only thing he did was score at Palace. Was my favourite player back in the day.

Barring a relatively small group of players, everyone was shite for us, an example would
Be Gary McAllister, fantastic player with a huge reputation at a bigger club than us.
Spent a few years here 'which even the generous would only describe as average,
then Went on to a truly massive club, and starred for them ,winning many trophies.
It's sometimes hard to argue 'that there performances here say more about us than
They do about them.

Started off poorly but wasn't he carrying an injury? I thought he really showed his class in the Robbie Keane team.

I know what you mean but with cobi I think he was lacking that 'something'. I never expect anyone in our colours to be a superstar but you know the players who will show some quality

He's currently doing commentary for the CONCACAF Gold Cup tournament in the USA. He's a very good commentator. Very knowledgeable about the game.
He played over 160 games for the US national team (still a record) and played in three World Cups, she he was no slouch.

He was bland at best once you took away the dreadlock hair style and loud pattern jackets.

I liked him and always thought he had some potential, but ultimately he always disappointed...
