Two coaches

2:00 at the Craftsman, then 2:10 Ricoh, 2:20 the wheel on Sewall highway then 2:25 Devonshire arms, 2:30 mill pool. 2:40 Marina chippy on A45 for one coach.

1:45 from Dolphin (or more precise, where it used to stand) in Canley, 2pm lime tree club, 2.15 earlsdon library, 2.20 spon end bus stop opposite Ramada Hotel 2.30 cov swimming baths for the other,

Plan is to leave the hill just at the final whistle, the coaches are free but we are asking for a donation to help cover the costs.
Let's make this a fun afternoon, respect each other and each other's points of view. If you're planning to attend for the first time it is great fun with a lot of friendly banter.
No alcohol on the coaches please.
If you would like to reserve a seat please e-mail
Bringcovhome@gmail.com with your name and preferred pick up point.

ANTI FOOTBALL LEAGUE PROTEST
Coventry -v- Sheffield United

Join us for a peaceful protest on Jimmy’s Hill when the Sky Blues take on Sheffield United this Sunday (13 October ). Two coaches have been laid on, pick up points and departure times below. These are free but a donation towards costs would be appreciated:

Coach 1
2pm The Craftsman [ Beake Avenue ], 2.10pm Ricoh Arena bus stop [ Tesco side, by railway line subway ] 2.20pm The Wheel, Sewall Highway 2.25pm Devonshire Arms, 2.30pm The Mill Pool, Hipswell Highway 2.40pm Marina Chip Shop, London Road (Willenhall)

Coach 2
1.45pm Prior Deram Walk Bus Stop, Canley, 2pm Lime Tree Club, Templar Avenue, 2.15pm Earlsdon Library, 2.20pm Spon End [ Butts Road bus stop opposite Ramada Hotel ], 2.30pm Coventry Swimming Baths, Fairfax Street.

If you wish to reserve a seat please email: bringcovhome@gmail.com

The organisers have been liaising with the relevant authorities and this is a perfectly legal protest. As the game is being shown live on Sky TV it is a great way of letting the world know that we want the Sky Blues to come home and show our disgust towards the Football League who facilitated CCFC’s re-location to Northampton against the wishes of supporters.

Sheffield United fans will be joining us on the hill to show their support. We ask anyone who travels with us NOT to engage in name calling with fellow CCFC fans who support the team from inside the Sixfields Stadium, and not to rise to any provocation offered. We will be respecting/joining in with any tributes for the late Ross Emslie that are held inside the stadium and plan to leave the area at the final whistle. A collection will be made for Alzheimer’s Research on the Hill as a mark of respect for Jimmy Hill.

If you are not familiar with the area around the stadium, there are a number of pubs and fast food outlets where you can buy something to eat/drink or go to the toilet.

They'd be angry at the FL for allowing SISU to regain control of the club then wouldn't they?

I'd imagine they're not their biggest fans either to be fair.

Where are they demonstrating that anger then? In that embarrassing 'Fuck off SISU' flag?

Interesting turn of phrase.

Why does the flag embarrass you?

Wish I could come
Don't suppose you could do a slight detour across the Solent to pick an unhappy old supporter up?
