What are the rules with respect to copying or sharing the club's accounts?

There seems to be a lot of questions about the club's finances, I was wondering if we could create some kind of online document or wiki that people can contribute information to so those that are interested can have a look and those with knowledge can share it.

Is this allowed? If so does anyone have a copy of the accounts the can upload to this thread? Surely it's public information and not a creative work so copyright doesn't apply.

Well I know it's tight, but I don't really want to pay £1 lol, also not sure I've got the knowhow to make sense of them, but thought it'd be nice to make them more accessible and maybe add some informed commentary.

Tiza: perfect. From my research it seems the charge is to run the website and the accounts are public domain information and available for free if you physically go to Companies House. So I'd say it's OK to post them.

I've got them now, trying to work out the best way to make them understandable as they're in PDF format. One annoying thing is that we really only have 2 years accounts as SISU took over halfway through a financial year, makes spotting trends quite hard.

I'll have a play when my daughter has gone to bed and see if I can knock something up though.

I downloaded a copy. I'm not sure about the legality of sharing it but....
Sign up and buy anything off my website and I'll make u an honorary member of the business.
Then I can share my copy of the accounts with you without comeback.
www.gbpo.co.uk (I'm just starting this from a redundant post office - all sorts at 10-75% off RRP )
Just put a note asking for CCFC accounts in the paypal notes and I'll send them to you.
(If thats ok with Nick?)

pretty sure older ones are available - think under sky blue sport & leisure, along them lines.

Essentially SISU (sky blue sport & leisure) are lending CCFC the money to "break even"
