It's parent company wants us to improve on the field but won't get us any new players but let our best ones go? Do they know anything about Football?

These guys have no idea how to keep fans happy and run a football club. Did they think we would cheer and celebrate this pointless statement.... Not diminishing the fact that they are fantastic business men, if ccfc sold cookies and was not our beloved football team, I would be very excited with them at the helm. The fact of the matter is, we are not ur run of a mill business, we are a football team, totally different entity, so please f*ck off!

What on earth is Dulieu talking about when he keeps mentioning the word 'bank'? Does he think we're all idiots?

Love them or hate them, they are here and there is nothing we can really do about it! The only thing we need to do is get behind AT and the Players!

Also a key point is the change section ! Looks like Ranson made sisu loose faith in the club! Something must happened for them to do that?

If it is actually a "bank", could it be Hoffmans Northern Rock in a deal to take over, considering they have another meeting organised about the taking over of the club.

No i dont think there is going to be any backing from Northern Rock - still a bank in crisis and arent they government owned ? would be up roar if they invested in ccfc

The statement is at least the official one not the chosen journo bites of the CT reporter so carries more weight

The bit about the "bank " confused me too - does he mean that the club or group now have a bank loan or that SISU funds have borrowed the money or is "bank" =SISU? If it is a new bank facility then that is actually in one sense good news because it means the bank have looked at the books and concluded we are going in the right financial direction - even without major assets they are prepared to back the club on the basis of the plan. Would say assuming they stick to the finance improvement plan that the threat of administration is eased. What that means for the liklihood of player sales is another question though

Just wondered why it is that people continue to believe that football clubs are an exception to the basic rules of business ? Claiming to be an exception to the rules is what has at least in large part got us and many other clubs into the mess in the first place

Doesnt sound to me that SISU & co are planning on going any time soon. KD actually said on radio SISU want at least most of their money back - thats a big gap for GH or anyone else to bridge
