Will it move back to the Ricoh? How will that work?

Don't know. But luckily the current club shop is a giant transformer so it can walk itself back if necessary.

It's in a better location where it is really, although for matchdays they need to have something in place too. Did they get that wheelbarrow back after someone was caught walking it down Foleshill Road?

So what is the old club shop at the Ricoh now then?

At the Ricoh surely just needs to sell tickets and perhaps shirts on a matchday, with the full range at the superstore otherwise

TBH, the old shop was in effectively the middle of nowhere, but so is the Gallagher retail park.

And the club needs a permanently staffed ticket office and there has to be a ticket outlet at the ground for match day purchases, maybe not the old place, there is a ticket office in the atrium.

They didn't seem to give much away, just responded by saying the store is going to continue at the Gallagher retail park but i guess they will need ticketing at the very least

Would that be the same cart last seen 'having a pint' in the Wheatsheaf?

The shop now can't get much passing trade, would have thought it would make more sense to move it back to the Ricoh. Could just be that the people in the shop haven't been told what's happening yet.

What? I don't know which is more weird, walking a wheelbarrow down Foleshill Road or getting pulled over for it.

One of the small units at Arena Park inside Tescos would be more sensible, gets a massive footfall.

agreed, silly taking it being at the Ricoh. No footfall except for matchdays, which is what 3-4 half days a month.

They may as well open something which sells a small range of items.

The shop would be rammed against Gillingham.

Probably best to use a trailer.

I reckon they will just set up a ticket office, maybe a few shirts as suggested. Probably only open on matchdays, all the main merchandise to stay where it is.
