Got two orders outstanding. No despatch email yet. Emailed club yesterday and reply stated that despatches were taking place yesterday and today to get items out by Christmas.
Honestly not holding out much hope and will be very disappointed of/when they do not arrive.
If they have been spun round by Evri, that is usually them, not the sender.

Fingers crossed for you/us!!

I emailed Mark Hornby. He said Tuesday was last day of despatch. I had one e.mail late Tuesday night, that order arrived yesterday.... still one order outstanding, no e.mail, so I'm assuming I won't get that for a while now. My outstanding order had printing/personalisation- had delays with those in past... have written that one off until I can chase up after Christmas now...
Hope that helps a bit Macca... ?

Anyone here go in the club shop before the game yesterday? Any ideas on current stock level of home/away/3rd shirts in S & M adults size?

As it doesn’t seem to have been mentioned on here, the club are honouring orders placed with Elite at the clubs expense. So the club have done the right thing despite the moaners.

Remember when people were praising Millwall for getting the club shop back up and running so quickly? Lots of replies to this tweet talking about how badly run things are now

I know not there fault but Hummel being strangely quiet about the whole distribution mess and Boddy’s assertion that we may have to move kit supplier.

We must now have a closer link to Hummel if we have been getting new stock in, wouldn’t it be nice if we started running the club shop ourselves again and making all the money.

Was stock that Elite had in their warehouse that the club brought from them.

Agree

The stock was always there but the club needed to pay for it

Still not had order that was messed up by Evri in November. They returned it to the warehouse, spoke to Mark H, his reply was that they were still in discussions with the fulfilment centre. Stock is now back in the shop, but nothing for me, no shirt, no refund, just a long wait

I get there is a issue with supply but why are the club not moving to be creative with the issue? 100s of budding clothes designers in the city and textiles manufactures are not hard to find in the UK or India etc. Commission some bespoke items on non stocked basis and that we will at least give the fans something to ponder buying rather than the web page resembling a borded up shop window!

If we have exclusivity deals fair enough, if not an example of the club not being enterprising enough.

Is this a sign of things to come. The job spec seems a lot more detailed than what we normally see and sounds like they are looking for someone who can really move the retail operation forward rather than the bare minimum we usually get

Noticed that their other clients include Southampton, Oldham and Millwall who also wear Hummel, hopefully that's a promising sign

You would think that it's in a companies interest to step in and take over. It's pretty much ready made if they can get the licensing etc from Hummel.

You obviously did not get your shirt delivered in gold plated packaging by a courier in a limo then….

Hummel designs have been excellent but the quality of the product crap - no need for sticky on chevrons etc in this day and age of direct print onto fabric manufacturing.

Even grass roots rugby clubs manage it on their kits and merchandise.

Over the moon with that to be honest, we’ve been spoilt over the past few years with shirts that have had so much thought and attention put in to the designs that not only celebrate the club’s history, but the city’s as well.

Whether people love them all or not, you can’t disagree that it’s not 100x better to have that than the off the rack shite from Puma and Nike!

Agree, our bespoke designed kits are the best for a very long time, but the quality isn't great.
You can get fake replica kits that at least have embroided badges and logos on

The first 2 home shirts were decent but they’ve not been great since then - the current away shirt is nice though. As someone else has said, the material isn’t the best.
