I can just about squeeze into a L replica shirt/training shirt but prefer XL
HOWEVER, in the dark blue, black, grey cotton t-shirts I'd go a size down - they come up big!
EG, in those, I can comfortably fit into a M, large is possibly XL etc.....
(FYI I'm 6'2" - 13 1/2 st)
