Club online shop delivery times? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know what the normal length of time for delivery from the club shop is if you order online? I placed an order a while back and it hasn't arrived yet? I can't find my customer/order details/number to check on things as I think they may be in my locker at work.

I'd guess about 2-3 weeks before the new stadium is open for business.

James, I've ordered stuff in the past and it's arrived fairly quickly, usually within a week. I'm actually going over to the Gallagher tomorrow to get some stuff for my lad from Father Christmas.

I think the problem is - at least it was last time I ordered - the lack of email confirmation, etc too. I'm happy to ask if you want me too to see what the usual delivery times should be.

Thanks, it's been way longer than a week so that's not so good. I've asked someone to get the details from my locker so I can log in and see what's happening.

Sounds like they have no stock to sell. So they might be waiting for a delivery before you get your delivery.

Sorry I had to dash out to help a neighbour and didn't take my phone. I've just spoken to someone else who found out online that things are being shipped but obviously there has been some delay. I ordered about three weeks ago i think, so I'll wait and see if things turn up within a week and if not I'll try calling them. Thanks for the offer though.

Just had a PM from someone who said that the lady who deals with the mail order stuff has been away for a week and I guess that has resulted in a backlog of orders. So don't panic if you've ordered something it should arrive.
