This thread is about somebody seeing the marketing ideas and implementing them though?

As for ranting, feel free to go on the match thread and rant about it.

I think it was with that other idiot Labovitch.
It wasn’t a secret but no one asked on here if there was anything anyone wanted asking.
Or mentioned anything about any meeting at all for that matter.
Then no post appeared on here updating anyone about what was said. Even if it was just to say it was a waste of time.
Then a few days afterwards, someone let something slip and it all came out bit by bit .
( remember it wasn’t a secret at first though)

What are you on about now?

Aren't you the person who tells everybody he has met joy? Must have missed your posts about that.

You are seemingly on overdrive again

Get them up the Butts went myself today 1500 up there quite a few were old City lads most of the talk was about the City.

The marketing is a joke like most that is done by the club. The boards at the front are empty people I talk too don't even know there is a match on unless I tell them. There is a large sign board facing onto the road outside not once have I seen a game advertised . Do they ever do any promotion in the town I would bet the answer is no. Yet they tell me each week by e mail it is not me they need to tell. They could not promote a piss up in you know where. anything they do is reactive not proactive.

The Rugger.
I paid 22 quid for a ticket a pint of Guiness and a burger and chips, then saw a team give there all and win a game to stay top of the table.

OK it's not the City but they really do look after you, the subs talk to the kids during the game they have a live band on when the game finishes and the first team mingle with everyone no need to have a special ticket in posh seats.

Hang on a sec!.... I may very well be wrong here but!... Don't CCFC get a "Cut" in F&B?

Yes, they get 15% of profit I think.

Are you now going to say how that relates to my comment or is this part 232323 of you bumping up a thread trying to prove a point without understanding it properly?

Had a pint in the malt Shovel in Bubbenhall saturday night and in the bar was a wasps flag. Its a shame as 20 years ago it would be a CCFC team poster or fixture list.

Keep moving the goal posts Nick. The more it costs for a "Pie and pint" the more CCFC get regardless of who sets the "Price"

What goal posts have been moved? There's a bit of a wave of this again lately. Bumping threads desperate to try and prove me wrong somehow.

You are the one on about f and b shares, I never mentioned it. Who's moving what?

You're the one "Bumping threads". IIRC Ashdown said beer was expensive at £5 a pint. You said CCFC didn't set the price and took the piss out of him for saying "Support the complex".... In supporting the complex people are also supporting CCFC with (Even you can't make you're mind up) 15% or 50% F&B.

I replied 2 minutes after he posted, how is that bumping a thread.

Are you conveniently ignoring the hotel and casino he mentioned too where he was supporting the "complex"?

Are you not going to confirm what the percentage is then?

That’s some fancy deflection there. What Dongo said is pretty spot on IIRC.

You project more than the Odeon mate. Always on about people going over the top and being part of a conspiracy, when you’re the only one proven to do both.

I only mentioned it because it’s proof that the club have recognised the forum for ages. It’s not new.

How is it deflection from anything?

Do you want to tell me what happened then if you know it all and explain the conspiracy?

Where did I say it was new that they looked on here? The thread was about somebody in marketing picking up on a comment (or it's a co-incidence) about making people more aware about match packages etc.

I just find it flattering that the likes of Dongo, SBK and Gilbert's fake ALIAS seem to desperate to find little bits to try and prove me wrong about, even if it means scraping the shit out of barrels.

Children please! Im trying to get some kip over here and your arguing is keeping me awake.
OSB knows that percentage we get. 15% springs to mind after costs.

They got/get 50% of the CCFC match day F&B net profit which equates to 15% of the top line match day CCFC F&B sales figure net of VAT in the stadium. They don't get a share of the Hotel or Casino income.

of course the logic of that would seem to be that if CCFC do not get benefit from F&B at CCFC matches then neither do Wasps as it is an equal split after costs. You would assume that costs & values to be accounted for are stipulated in the contract. There are of course ways to cost things to Wasps advantage but the turnovers involved are pretty small in the first place

It would also seem that if income does not cover costs Wasps carry the loss, which would mean they would reduce the services provided or put prices up to make sure they cover the cost
