Calling all Sky Blues supporters on the 12th July a Coventry City Legends side will be playing at the LG Arena! It's £11.70 to get in, let's take a huge number of support and get behind the lads donning the Sky Blue Shirt..

Some of the legends that will feature include, Steven Pressley, Darren Huckerby, Noel Whelan, Lee Carsley and Richard Shaw..

All monies raised will be going towards helping cure leukaemia.. Let's get there in a huge number!

Fantastic Charity. Go and support it. They've got some good things planned for the day.

If I'm not down to be working that day I'll get a ticket or two.

Doesn't this coincide with the march?

Yes it does. I know where I'll be and it won't be the LG Arena, wherever that is.
Making my voice heard about the travesty surrounding our club. Hopefully along with thousands of other like minded fans.
Funny your pushing something else Robo. Well, not funny really.

I don't think Robo has organised it.

He's out of order for mentioning an event in aid of charity. The double standards on here at times.

Robo says...."let's take a huge number of support and get behind the lads donning the Sky Blue Shirt." (...to the Legends event.)

That sounds pretty much like he's trying to distract from the march.
Maybe he's forgotten it?
But to me it fits in neatly with his agenda.
The march is infinitely more important.

Maybe he wants to watch football than be a boring, repetitive miserable old bastard?
Sounds to be you haven't got anything else to moan about today!

If it was at the ricoh people would be creaming

Spoinkop your misguided, lacklustre opinion is insulting..

Yet I am not surprised.

Truth be told this is the same day as the march and what people do is up to them, however this all being for a good cause I thought some fans will be interested..

Robo, you are pushing an event in direct opposition to the march. I'm giving my opinion on it, nothing more nothing less.
Don't you think the march is important?
It doesn't look like it from here.
Same old Nick. Doesn't like an opinion so goes into snide mode.

If it was at the Ricoh, Michael would be sending out emails right, left and centre promoting the event.
I'm just glad the 'we love ACL' crowd will be swerving it.

Of course the March is important as is providing funding to charity that is trying to fight Leukaemia..

Unfortunately there will be a number of fans that will choose not to attend the march for various reasons, this is alternative option if they want to watch a CCFC related team play in a local tournament..

It's a shame some people are trying to use a charity event to slag people off and call them "boring".

Ahhh you mean like the don't watch ccfc come to watch the ladies.

I am sure robo didn't start the thread with what you are saying in mind.

Some people don't think the march is important, some people might just want a day out and some will do neither.

What does fitting in neatly with his agenda mean?

The level of paranoia on here wouldn't be out of place at a joint UFO and JFK assasintion convention.
