I hope Tim Fisher is on a similar wage considering he's a chairman who has never got anything right since he's been here.

Who would work minimum wage to get fully abused by fans at the ticket office?, you need to be a very laid back person for that.

Near enough any customer-facing role leaves you open to abuse. There can't be that much ranting and raving, even with Cov fans.

Not sure what your point is.

If they fill the position then it's job done isn't it?

I'm sure Chris Anderson is on the minimum wage as he doesn't do anything.

To be fair, it's photocopying and answering phone calls. For a club who should be saving the pennies, I'm glad we're not paying extortionate wages for such a role.

I said we should be saving the pennies, I didn't say that we were. I agree that TFs wage could be better utilised elsewhere.

No issue with this being minimum wage really, that is how much they would get paid in any other job the same to start.

To be fair there is a lot wrong with minimum wage throughout the job market when minimun wage becomes the maximum wage people are paid too.

Have a look at what mowbray has said, my opinion would be.Mowbray has been aiming way too high. Fantastic if it works, awful if we have no plan b.

There was no issue signing league one players was there? Reid, sordell, turnbull etc.

Jones was happy to come here even though others were interested.

I have read that CT article and in between the lines TM has said we can not compete in signing the players he wants, they are to expensive you say that is because they are probably half decent players the opposite to most his summer acquisitions on what we have seen so far.

Yes, we can't compete with the championship etc. So he needs to speak to players we can get.

I seem to think the payment issue fall in well the player issue the players who left on their own accord went for more money and I think this position would warrant more than the minimum wage elsewhere .I personally think we try to do everything on the cheap and you know what they say about paying peanuts.
