Coventry striker Clive Platt has shrugged off talk of him leaving the club this summer and is focused solely on next season.
The experienced target man was on the verge of joining Norwich on loan in March, as the Canaries looked to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League, but the move collapsed after a change of heart from the Sky Blues.

The 33-year-old played under Norwich manager Paul Lambert
at Colchester, but he claims that he has heard nothing since from the top flight new boys and is more than happy at Coventry.
"I've heard nothing this summer and I've just been getting on with keeping myself fit and preparing to do my best for Coventry next season," Platt told skysports.com.
"I'm more than happy here because it is a great club with some great players and a great set of supporters.
"If we do well and the stadium starts to fill up it can be a great place to play football, so we just need to make sure we do well on the pitch to encourage people through the turnstiles."
Hard work

The Sky Blues' pre-season preparations are now well underway and Platt is expecting a testing run of fixtures to stand the club in good stead.
He said: "Pre-season is all about putting hard work in and getting that base of fitness right for when the season starts.
"Hopefully, we can keep away from too many injuries in the next few weeks and look forward to all the pre-season friendlies.
"All pre-season games are competitive nowadays because everyone wants to catch the eye of the gaffer and prove their fitness.
"There will be more than enough competition between the lads to impress and I'm sure that they will all be good games to be involved in."

Like anyone thought his deal with Norwich with them being in the Premiership was still on lol. What's next Capello at the Leicester game to have a look? Another joke story.

Is this true? Capello looking at Platt v Leicester. The perfect replacement for Heskey perhaps?

Yes, I like us to have enough players to put a team out.
