I agree to an extent.I find Gurney to be overly critical and negative these days.
I don't know if it's cos we know about his mental health issues but it feels like you can tell he is depressed and negative on the radioI agree to an extent.
His job at the moment is to give a personal opinion on what's going on, rather than commentate and as we see on here it's very easy to spout off annoyance and criticism.
If he does go back to the commentating hopefully he'll concentrate more on describing the action and be more like he was before - he was a very good commentator before Clive took over.
