Signed to 2014. Is that extension or improved? Seems short for a 20 year old.

When the email came through - I was really hoping for confirmation of Jennings signing.

I agree, would love to have seen Clarke sign a 4 year contract. I imagine that this is revised terms.

Exactly what I wanted it to be! Ha ha. Quite like these emails though. Good idea.

Are all season ticket holders supposed To get an email? I never get them feel left out

I never used to get them, but I went on the club shop site and confirmed my details (exact same email address I had registered with them in the first place) and now I get all the juicy information like 'corporate boxes available' and the like.

only a 2 year contract so if he runs it down we'll get compensation when a club takes him from us... absolutely genius!

its probably just revised terms,when was his contract ending before?

either way its still better for cov than his old contract

I dont think many clubs in the lower leagues offer long contracts ,mainly PL and Championship sides....

Yup, anything more than a 2 year contract at L1 or lower is EXTREMELY rare.

Well he impressed end of last season and vs Daggers imo so any extension is fine by me

So rare that we dished them out to unproven imports The Edge and Malaga, but not one of our best players last season? I think this is more likely a reduction in terms. I doubt it's going to be improved terms given our position
