or what if higgs buying browns is because they wanna do something else and get out of this mess,maybe they have sold their shares to sisu?

If it is Cov back to the Ricoh, either as tenants or eventual owners, I just hope that there aren't any SISU/OTIUM have won, or ACL/CCC have won style posts.

This is the bit that makes me cautious. If they have done a deal with the council, it must surely only be in principle?
IIRC changes of ACL ownership (even Higgs half), or the freehold, would have to go to a council vote, meaning it would already be public knowledge.
