Keeping it in the public eye is no bad thing, surely? A little bit of pressure on all sides, but especially the FL, couldn't hurt - imho.

More people will probably want to listen to this than the first league game.

Glass half full- Its taken 12 months 2 court cases an attempted appeal and 2 marches but finally what SISU have done is getting national exposure. MPs only like their names linked with the positive, we could be heading back.
Glass half empty - Nothing moves fast if you are an MP, they are probably only beaten by the Football League for timescale and eventually all we get is lip service and another public denouncement of SISU. Followed by Fisher claiming they also are wrong. Status Quo.

Lets hope that the football league do not make an example of the owners and hit the team with a another large points deduction when finally grow a collective pair.

Good news
But ,as is the usual case , people straight away dismiss it as a waste of time . Methinks some people are wanting the shennanigans to continue

I guess so. ACL, CCC, SISU, FL. Those are the only parties I'm interested in discussing our issue.

I doubt this will add any pressure to any of the sides involved. It didn't last time.

So does this make the e-petition defunct (regardless that no one has touched it for a few months) as it's mission achieved....discussion in parliament?

Get them on Jeremy Kyle; that'd get national exposure. Labrovich shouting from the 'green room' whilst Ann Lucus is having her say; a statement read out on a card from No-Show Joy, and a DNA text for 'RFC' proving he's Fisher's love child...

If the house is full, will it be a mass debate?

The only people who can realistically put pressure on the FL (apart from the clubs) is the government. Yes it works slowly and yes it's frustrating. But every time this is discussed it's another reminder to the FL that they need to get their act together or they won't be around much longer.

LOL! I can imagine a minister saying that to the FL while wagging his finger. What nonsense.

Yeah fine, let them debate but it won't change a thing.

If that is true as an owner you would need to really think hard about what damage your actions have done

I wonder if Joy's time on the City takeover panel (that's the City of London, nothing to do with football) is now limited with all this exposure.

Warwickshire Tories getting in on the act against a capitalist hedge fund, and Labour MP's starting to flex their muscles for a return to government (maybe), it could be that with the spotlight on SISU capital, that her mates in high circles will put the pressure on her to get things sorted.

Well ................. one lives in hope!

Could this result in repurcussions from FIFA if the government are considered to be meddling in the running of football in England. SISU may then get more bad press if it results in English teams expulsion from European and National football.

The Football Authorites are wary of more government interference.

They have to demonstrate that they can keep their house and the financial regulation in order.

Ccfc is a clear example of a failed policy particularly in respect of the weakly implemented "fit and proper" test.

The more our MPs can ramp up the scrutiny the more likely it is that the FL will grow a pair.
