Somebody saying that makes me think of Ted of 'Ralph & Ted' fame "No I wouldn't know anything about that, sir"

Even if he never makes it, always encouraged when we do things that look further ahead than the end of this season.

Pedantic alert: It's a 2 year extension to his deal that runs out in 2018, not a 3.5 year extension as is being reported by the halfwits who run the club website.

That aside, excellent news!

Good news that he has decided to extend and develop at the club. He and Stevenson are showing that the pathway is there if they work hard and take the opportunity when it comes around. I just hope this is for the sake of the team and not the club looking at a fee later down the line as the first thought.

I know its business and its what clubs do, but we should be building a team not collecting talent to help fund the club, which is happening without denial or being hidden.

The principle was still right, just they picked the wrong target to try it out on!

Good to see. MV doing all the right things at present, winning games and tieing down youngsters to long term deals.

Well was it?
I recall it was Orange Ken's attempt to add value to the books.

Possibly not if it includes new terms, which is likely.

Then it's a new 3.5 year deal, not a 3.5 year extension
