Credit to the club and MR in completing this contract! Hopefully it will influence a couple of our younger talent to stick with us

It seems that both existing players and new players are buying into MR and what he is doing.

Excellent news this, one of the pick of names offered a new deal to resign.
George Thomas next please.
I wonder when or if deals will be withdrawn to those taking too long to commit?

As it stands my team

---------------O'Brien----------------
DKE----*****-----McDonald----Stokes
----------Doyle(c)------Kelly-----------
--******--------McNulty-------*****--
---------------********--------------

RCC - Hyam - ***** - ***** - K Thomas - JJ - Beavon

I believe...
Turnbull will activate his release clause
Reid to be moved on
Willis - sold
Harries - sold
Stevenson - sold
Beavon will opt to stay

so still to arrive/stay are a RB, CB x2, LB, AM, LM, RM and a CF (target man)
8 more names to commit for me for a competitive 18 man match day squad.

Excellent news, one player I wanted to stay as injury free can do a great job for us.

Thomas, Haynes, Beavon and Bigi to sign would be great (in roughly that order of priority for me)
Stokes - great news and adds further steel on the pitch. Bit of a hard case forward and we will have a right bunch of scrappers for a change (just hope they can play a bit as well!)

I'd guess our best side as it stands is:

LOB
Willis McDonald Turnbull Stokes
Doyle Stevenson
Jones McNulty Reid
Beavon

S: RCC, DKE, Hyam, Harries, Kelly, K Thomas

Brilliant news. On paper the following is a really strong back line for L2:

DKE Willis/Turnbull McDonald Stokes

I really hope Bigi signs next and if Thomas does too, I'm lumping a stupid amount on us winning the league.*

*definitely my heart not my head talking but I don't care.

Good news, he's impressed me. Glad he's shown some faith in us as well as MR in him. Just hope he doesn't get crocked.

I second that , if he stays fit , Chris Stokes will be one of the best defender's in league 2 .
