I see their fixture is to be replayed rather than Chesterfield not allowed to progress in the cup after fielding an ineligible player.

Strange decision if I'm honest as other clubs have previously been thrown out for the same offence, but seems Chesterfield have been given a lifeline

Non league club commit an offence and are thrown out. A few months later a League club commit the same offence in the same competition and are forced to replay. Is anyone surprised?

If it had been Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City or Utd then they would have been awarded the trophy!
