I picked up a rather cheeky caramalised red onion with a hint of chili cheese the other day, highly recommended.

Anything with a bit of spice and a kick is a winner of a cheese for me!

Christmas cheeseboards are one of life's little (guilty) pleasures for

I was given some Stinking Bishop at Xmas last year and even put in a plastic container it still stank, the other half still swears she can smell it when she opens the fridge a year later and it was only in it for a couple of days, it tastes nothing like it smells, very smooth and creamy and quite mild,it does have an odd after taste but i think this is because it is matured in Perry.

'Cheese?'

Are you not sure then?

An exclamation point would have shown more conviction.

Also, there is a chilli infused cheddar on sale in Tesco called Mexicana. The extra hot variety is properly potent.

With all this talk of cheese I've just bought myself a truckle of mature cheddar with balsamic onion and rioja. Looking forward to trying it.

Look its not Cheeses fault it's made from sour milk.
Just because you have an irrational hatred of Cows shouldn't prevent you from getting fully behind it. B-)

Might sound like a silly question, Torch, but do you like pizza?

Just that I know of a few people who can't stand cheese, but will eat it if it is on a pizza.

In fact, one of my daughter's friends hates tomatoes and also cheese, but loves pizza.

Weird.

There's a place in Denver, Colorado that does a cheese-less pizza. Well worth a visit. Flights might prove a tad expensive though.

I tried it out of curiosity and it was really, really nice.

I don't like cheese pizzas. You know, the ones overloaded with cheese. Margherita is fine and long as it's not laced with too much cheese, but anything more than just a smattering and I am busy scraping it off.

I like cheese on things, but can't eat cheese by itself and I really dislike cheddar.

My choices would nearly always be quite mild. Brie and Mozzerllaa, Halloumi, that sort of thing. Though I do like Stilton in dishes.
