London Bridge area might be good bet, given thats where overground is from - however I know borough market is shut - thats ruined our morning plans when we arrive!!!First time down there tomorrow. On the train to Marlybone, then tubes etc.

Yeah we're all heading to London Bridge. Didn't realise Borough Market was shut but imagine all the pubs around it are still open. We're driving, which reminds me to do the congestion charge thingy. Forgot for Millwall back in September and got a hefty fine. Parking in Asda not far from the ground.
I just went the way of the Satnav. Past Big Ben. Tomorrow there's no charge - logged onto the TfL site, just needed to pay £4 for the Blackwall Tunnel.It’s nowhere near the congestion charge zone unless you choose to drive right across the centre of London for some reason.
