Nah, I think he's exaggerating it in all honesty. If you were that fucked you wouldn't be playing.

I think he's drastically out of form and I wouldn't be against KKH starting.

He's been wretching on the side of the pitch twice, he's definitely ill.
Lampard even mentioned something about him in the changing room after a game which was either shitting, spewing or both!

I'd bring in Bobby Thomas for Wolf, but otherwise that's the team. This is exactly the type of game and opposition where Simms has to start. I'd also keep Brau in the team. There's a player there, but he needs some games.

Yeah, Thomas in for Wolf, because Wolf got his pants pulled down against Ipswich.

Rusworth KKH, Wolf, Kitching, Brau at the back for me.

Milan looks knackered and rushing Bobby back with Blues only a couple of days later may be a risk. I’d like to see Brau again before JDS is back just to see if he can offer something to us.

Drop Rudi and start Eccles although Torp looked shattered.

Saka, Simms, EMC in attack.

Should be enough to beat Charlton and Rudi, Hadji and Milan can come on if needed.

4 points from the next two would do me.

We have to get over this 'he looks knackered' talk. They are professinal footballers, extremely fit. A day or two off and they are good to go full on.
What's changed is the sickness that went through the camp, there's no doubt about that.
Let's hope the likes of Torp, Rudoni, Saka, Grimes, Milan, Thomas are all over it when we line up against Charlton. They should be. Then normal service can resume. I just think Sargent at Norwich, sitting in the bottom three, and him wanting a good season after recent injury so he can make the USA squad for the World Cup would be a great addition. He is a more number 10 and he and Wright could well be the front two for the USA. If we don't then someone else like Ipswich will. i know, he will be somewhere approaching 7/8/9m but we must put our money where our mouth is at this crucial opportunity sitting top of the league at the half way point.

Somehow don't think Hull will.
Left field I'd blood the youngster for his full debut?

Andrew's tbf.
I'd have preferred for it to be at home though, but sometimes needs must.Risk reward, sometimes you can be unpredictable, I understand the arguments against?

Think a win (any kind of scrappy win will do) is needed here to boost confidence.

I honestly would not be shocked to see Thomas, Allen, Bidwell, Eccles and Simms come in for this one.

Wolfy, Torp, Brau, Rudoni and Wright on the bench.

Get through this then help should be on its way.

I don't really get the play Wright and Simms together line. It's never really worked. They don't combine or really pass to each other, in fact neither does passing much. They play as individuals.

Sargent was touted as the best striker in the championship before his injury. He's back and funny that since he was out Norwich find themselves at the foot of the table? Are you saying you would not take him?

Yes, I would not be spending 9m on him in Jan.

If Thomas is fit he certainly adds a set piece threat we've been missing.
I just hope Rudoni gets out the way and let's MVE and Saka do their thing.
MVE needs to hold back and defend more as it's becoming obvious to opponents we have a real weakness in behind him.
We need to see real fight and should win this. A loss will be worrying.

Southampton, different kinds of 'well' in each half. Preston, we were good most of them game. We were good against Swansea and controlled the game. You might need to explain what 'played well' means here.

we're a shadow of the team we were a month ago. i know we have had injuries and illness in the camp, but the fact remains.
we're still where we are in the league courtesy of other teams dropping points.
hopefully saka and rudi get back up to speed, and bta comes back soon.
oh, and we stop trying to get haji to sign a new contract by playing him up front.

Bidwell helped us get a clean sheet ve Swansea. I would put him back in

Thomas in for wolf and keep same team other than that.
