What things do you want to see change on the pitch under a new manager? Top of my list are

1) men on both posts defending corners
2) keeper told to take goal kicks long unless an obvious short pass on

I'd send the loan full backs back as soon as I could to free up space/wages. I'd get the strikers making runs off the ball and get the midfield to play the ball forward a lot quicker than we have been doing.

I'd get the players in the gym toughening up a bit.

I think we're too slow in possession. Be more direct and shoot when we can.

I'd like to do away with the checkered square pitch markings. Circles or diagonal stripes from now on.

Agreed. We always look our best (including last night) when we break fast on the counter. Unfortunately when you're a 'possession' team you've usually got the ball and the opposition have 10 men in front of you.

I'd just like a decent system and a gameplan. Every player needs to know their role in the team, whether it is kicking people, winning headers, putting crosses in etc.

Last night, we had a corner and nobody knew who was on corners.

Wimbledon had a gameplan, and it played to their strengths with the players they had.

Agree with that.

A man on the post would have blocked their second goal

they have to hold and give, but move it at the right time
they can be slow of fast, but they must get to the line
they maybe hit you or hurt you, defend and attack
theres only one way to beat them, get round the back

failing it, stick Jones in CM and Bigi on the right wing
