My dad was at the Wolves game in '67 and he was making this exact point at the game last night.I always thought the 3-1 win over Wolves to seal promotion to the top tier in 1967 was the greatest day in the history of the club. I was one of the 51,455 there. And promotion that year was an even greater achievement even than the FA cup win.
But finally it has been superceded. This is the best season in the history of the club.
