Gone are the days of a football manager running the club. Now you're only as good as the team behind you. Robins wasn't suddenly crap and Lampard wasn't so brilliant all by himself. He brought in a very good coaching crew with him.It’s all I interpreted from their argument. But he’ll do well with decent coaches behind him. As he did here. And tbh he was on record many times crediting Viveash and Lawrence, which I don’t think was out of modesty.
