This sounds like what many posters on here said about us during the blip though TBF and then we went on a wins treak

But we brought Onyeka in to help with our issues, they're stuck with what they've got, most problematically of all, strikers that can't hit the target.

Nice also that Boro should have signed a striker and one of their former strikers scores 2 against them

4 points from consecutive trips to Ipswich and Boro is no fluke, you've got to applaud Neil for the job he's done at Millwall. If they get autos he deserves manager of the season imo.

Yeh they may well regret not bringing new players in

I'm just saying the chances they make I tend to agree with their manager that they have to start picking up wins again if it continues

If this was cov and lampard was saying I'd be backing him up

Any time I've seen Tommy Conway play, I don't understand why he's been picked. He must be amazing when I'm not watching

I think two non parachute clubs going up, especially two who have been out the prem for decades, would be fantastic
Come on Millwall join our journey, just not as champions

They bought in Castledine, who looks like one for the future rather than the present.

Some of the players they signed were also ‘meh’. Sarimento and Castledine, for example, were a little overhyped but didn’t really give Boro what they needed.

Onyeka and depth out wide is what we got and it was what needed.

He's a decent prospect but he wasn't ready to slot straight in to a promotion chasing team.

Bannan looks exactly what Millwall needed
Onyeka clearly what we needed

Boro needed a clinical finisher and signed more wingers

Well it’s the same thing so don’t understand why you even had to correct me,, whether making the argument that they are, or not, as putting the ball in the net a huge part of “footballing “, he has no argument at all.
We are the best footballing side in this league, so give us some credit, that’s the theme of my post
Now go and correct someone else, on some petty point

Boro are an excellent side at making space and creating chances... BUT, they just don't have the tenacious warriors that Millwall and we have.

Look at our wingers, Saka and EMC, even they are very brave players, prepared to go in where it hurts and horrible to play against, as well as being skilful.

We have silk and steel, Boro just have silk. Or sulk, as they will be doing tonight!

Boro can only reach 89 points now, and Millwall 90. But we have a +31 GD over Millwall so in reality 3 wins and a draw maximum does it.
I still say 87 will be enough

So glad Millwall have put the nail in that nasty little side middleboo. Cant stand them ever since they came to out place and nasty little piece of moris was putting it about and should have been sent off.

Highly rate that Caleb Taylor. More so than hughes at hull. Made about 7 blocks against ipswich. Strong and quick and very good today.

If Millwall go up, I wouldn't knock Alex Neill being chosen. Punched way above their weight. Don't really care tbh. Frank will have the freedom of Coventry in a few weeks time!

Weeks ago I said I thought we'd finish on 87 - has a certain ring to it

P.S. I think a hard fought draw tonight, Derby are no mugs

Exactly, they have one way of playing. We can do the footballing thing or go to war depending on the opponent.

Not sure about that. Ipswich must win it but Birmingham have nothing to lose and everything to gain. They will throw the kitchen sink at them.

We are so, so close now. I actually feel a bit shaky at the thought of it. I never thought I’d see it. It’s just so emotional as well as exciting. It’s hard to find words that are adequate enough for how it’s starting to feel.
