Doug flew into BHX a couple of hours ago from Geneva.

No signings with him though!

I literally did the reverse of this, this morning. Do you know what resort he’s skiing? Will keep an eye out for him. Seems an odd time to go given the transfer window though.

Another joke postponement. Pitch was fine but their undersoil heating doesn't extend to the bits outside the lines.

Hull and Sheff Utd shouldn't be having games called off for frozen/partly frozen pitches.

I'm sure that Birmingham pitch looked suspect in one area Justin outside the centre circle for about 20-30 meters with no sun on it from the ITV highlights.

Lampard has shown he can get these players going on epic 10 game unbeaten runs, no reason why he can't do one more time with a bit of backing.

He also took us on the December run

With our goal difference we’ll still need to lose three games on the bounce (and rivals will need at least 2 wins and a draw) to overtake us.

We still in this!

Course you're still in it, to say the very least. Cov were always going to have a period of low points return like any other side in the league, the difference being that with the points on the board already, they were the side that this slump would affect the least. The key thing here is that none of the other sides have shown consistency either.

Plus it's remarkable how much can be changed with the outcome of just one game (and this where the Hoodoo comes into play) To illustrate this, here's the table if Tommy (can't hit a barn door) Conway had buried that sitter against you with 5 minutes remaining which may well have killed the game off (which was never going to happen with the hoodoo);

Cov 49
Boro 49
Ips 44
Preston 43
Millwall 43

For your own huge outcome of just one game, here's how the table would have looked if your dreaded hoodoo witchcraft had been overturned and you'd beaten Ipswich in the last encounter;

Cov 55
Boro 46
Preston 43
Millwall 43
Ips 41

Slump or no slump for all the other games, just this one result being reversed would have made everything look absolutely as peachy for you as it did round the end of your most purple period!

Yep. Conversely though, a few fans have denied other teams could be capable of barnstorming form while we possibly continue to stall. It’s all possible. Seems dangerous and naive to disregard it all.

To be fair to Derby they don’t hang about . They realised they had a terrible squad in the summer and bought well and early and looks like they are at it again. Already signed one player. They have still got no one to really sell though.

Not a very sustainable way of operating, you'd think they'd have learned by now

Place is empty.
Though I'd imagine there are a lot of no show ST holders so the official attendance wont be too bad.

Think I read something about a boycott/demonstration...

We thinking a scrappy/lucky win for Leicester here to keep Cifuentes in his role???
