Boro draw. That’s Lampards team talk sorted then.

“Lads, win this and you’re in the playoffs”

simple.

Loud boos at Middlesbrough, Norwich really ought to have won that. Dijksteel looked a really weak link

As shite as today was Boro look even more finished than we do. Millwall or Blackburn will win imo so I suspect we'll need the win. Bring the noise everyone and keep your fingers crossed for some returning players in the week.

Well not particularly. For potentially 66 points to be enough for 6th shows how poor the chasing pack have been. And frankly us too

You think Millwall will beat Burnley away and Blackburn beat Sheff Wed away. I’d rather be us

Cardiff relegated. They basically sleepwalked their way down.

They have to beat us and even then they are relying on other teams. They’re done

I won't be relying on other teams to do us a favour but I suspect you are right and was more thinking Blackburn winning at Blunts.

All 3 contenders are away next week, only we are at home
Blakburn play Sheff U
Millwall play Burnley.
We shouldn't underestimate how important a home win is last game of the season even if there is nothing to play for.

Us to Watford and Swansea: You couldn't even give us one lousy win, Watford/Swansea. You will always be a loser. Now take your mid table Championship finish and get out of my sight!

What I mean is they’ve flapped it themselves. Ordinarily teams on 63, 64 points would have no chance

Is it wrong to want PNE relegated and not darken our door again for a good while.

If Sheffield Utd fancy Blackburn over any of us others, they could make that happen if things are going that way.

Couldn’t haven’t gone any better really. Bristol, Blackburn and Millwall have tough last games and were at home to Boro, who are as bad as us.

a win will probably get us 5th against a Sunderland team in poor form or a draw and we’re in (unless results go against the form)

Because the scenario is the same isn’t it?

win and we’re guaranteed top 6 (unless Millwall win 5-0 at Burnley) and a draw is enough if Millwall and Blackburn don’t win. And even then we might sneak in if Bristol lose both.

We’re slightly less likely to finish 5th is the only downer.
